Kerrick James has explored the backroads, trails, rivers and wilderness of Arizona since 1977, recording the many changes in our environment, cities and culture. He’s photographed for Arizona Highways Magazine since 1993, with thirteen covers, and named natural features like Emerald Cave while on assignment for the magazine. His quest for beauty has taken him to every corner of the state, and the sheer breathtaking variety of beauty and subjects are why he’s chosen Arizona as his base to travel the world on assignment as a travel journalist.
