Originally from New York, Rich Grant moved West to Denver, where, as a freelance writer, he wrote for dozens of newspapers and magazines before ending up as a publicist for the Mile High City for 35 years. Grant’s articles and photos have won numerous editorial awards from the Society of American Travel Writers and the North American Travel Journalists Association. In 2020 he was honored with induction into both the Denver & Colorado Tourism Hall of Fame. When not traveling, or writing, Rich spends his time rescuing and providing extended care for horses that have been abused.
